I understand policy.. I just said LMPD abuses LMEMS by doing it. The system will never be fixed if the city's own can't stop abusing the system.... There is no need for EMS to come check on a cut finger, scrapes, etc.... THE MAOR NEEDS TO FIX THIS.....
