Metro Council asks for clarity on removal of members

Why is he arresting the shoplifters in Walmart at the Raggard Rd location? Why isn't Metro Police being called to handle this? What's the deal with his clowns running around with him carrying with badges and guns? Why is there a car full of clowns running around doing traffic stops, writing tickets all over and harassing people? Are they even real police?
