Probationary Police Officer fired

Yea, they support him until It's their head on the chopping block. I have no issues with fair treatment, just make sure It's fair. I haven't seen it so far. There is no rhyme or reason behind his discipline. Some have been slapped on the hand while others have been terminated. Until the punishments fit the crimes across the board, everyone in here running their mouthes should watch their backs. If it can happen to one, it can happen to all! The contract is ment to protect all, not just the chosen few. Whether you like the officers or not, you should ensure their rights and the contract are followed to the letter, for self preservation if anything else. Just one man's opinion.
