This Chris guy is very crazy. The thing is that no one is happy that someone has died - no one. It is a sad situation and the family just needs to grieve and move on in the best was they can. This suit will hurt the taxpayers and it just drags out the pain for everyone involved on both sides of this wreck.

That argument would ONLY work if there were no similar accidents in which stone cold sober people pull in front of people. The fact is, they do all the time.

being sober would greatly reduce the chance of such a collision, but it wouldnt eliminate it. The only thing that would have eliminated this is if the pig had not been doing double the limit. Physically, he could not have occupied the same space at the same time.
