This Chris guy is really out there.

I'm not the police, nor aquainted to the girl involved. But a drunk driver is a drunk driver.

Everything to put the girl at fault is there, Drunk, texting. If it were not for those factors, It Is obvious she would have been watching what was going on, on the road. I live in that neighborhood where the collision occured,I saw the comotion from my window, people speed there all the time, constantly, and the only time when there is a collision is when one of the involved is drunk.

Come on Chris, your argument does not hold water. Sorry
