I'm gonna chime, can't help it, it is about impaired judgment Chris Murphy. Woud you make a u turn into oncoming traffic while texting?

Well then JChris aka Chris .... As you may have READ in the earlier statement, I said it took only about an hour of observation to learn it... Given YOUR "vast" experience operating a "LOAD", I am sure you can judge when another vehicle is travelling too fast, and I would bet that MOST drivers who are NOT drunk can tell that as well...

Again, you have never been able to get around that simple fact. She was DRUNK. Does it make cause any less sorrow for the loss of a human life? He-l-l No. Does it mean that she was at fault, yes and YES.

So lets recount the facts

1 She was INTOXICATED

2 She was driving while IMPAIRED / INTOXICATED

3 She had been allowed to leave a party - after being witnessed by her family and friends becoming intoxicated.

4 She had been in a text conversation with "her best friend in the whole world" according to the CJ.

5 She was upset (so one could even say that is emotionally impaired) according to the CJ reports.

6 She made an inappropriate/illegal LEFT turn into oncoming traffic.

7 The officer was at an estimated 60 MPH (15 over) and then accelerated to 80 + (as we are trained to do) to try and avoid the DRUNK driver. (the computer readings were posted earlier for amusement)

Oh yeah for S&G since she shouldn't have had a license any more due to her driving history, then lets add another IF... IF the system worked, and IF she hadn't continued to drive poorly maybe it wouldn't have happened.

But then again, given you knowledge of "LOADS", I bet you have had several past involvements yourself?

Did a police officer lock you up? Let me guess, based on your resorting to petty name calling when challenged I would guess a history domestic violence? - OR - Maybe DOT-KVE-KSP-LMPD or some other "PIG" found that you really couldn't handle the "LOAD" as well as you thought you could, maybe they have written you a LOAD of tickets.

So handle that oh "Great Hauler of Brown Cows". I will now await your response - You have provided me with much amusement (so thank you).
