Ok, so you atleast have accepted that under the law, she was at fault - since you have not argued against that point -because she was intoxicated btw... So you argument for the rest is simply bunk.

I am sorry you are such an angry person. I am sorry you think we have a blue wall. But I am here to tell you that the one person a cop hates more than a criminal is a dirty/broken cop. But I guess you haven't paid any attention to the other forums here concerning the opinions we have of those who have betrayed the trust of their oath.

But remember I will still come to your aid, and I will smile and tell you I care that you left your car/house door unlocked and the bad people came and took your property/wife/dog away. And I will do my darndest to capture the schmuck who did it. I will also smile politely as I hand you your warning in leiu of a citation and advise you that Kentucky has had enough fatalities due to drunks on the road, so please buckle up and drive safe.
