You mean a Grand Jury like the one that indicted Mattinley? You know the Grand Jury does what ever the prosecutor wants them to do. I sure big Dave didn't want another big case before he retires.

We don't know what was presented to the grand jury. And I've always wondered, what if after the civil case, there is an outcry to present it again - that isn't double jeopardy, after all. It is a felony so there is no statute of limitations. Nothing says they can't present it again.
