In a civil trial she will be found to be mostly at fault. Same goes if the officer decides to sue her family for allowing her to drive drunk as well as the person who had the party and provided the alcohol. I think det. Adams has a pretty solid lawsuit if he decides to sue.

I AGREE WITH THE POST SPEED IS A BIG PROBLEM IN THIS CASE, HOWEVER MANY WILL NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THE YOUNG GIRL WAS DRINKING AND DRIVING, TEXTING AND MADE A LEFT TURN IN FRONT OF A ONCOMING VEHICLE.........TO BAD KENTUCKY DONT HAVE COMPARATIVE NEGLIGENCE SYSTEM , IT MAKES EVERYONE AT FAULT IF ITS A SHARED INDENCENT ..........
