Letter From President Dotson Concerning Officer McKenzie Mattingly

Don't give up! I am a 16 year Officer on LMPD, and even when we come under fire I truly believe in our profession and would not want to do anything else. I enjot my job just as much today as when I first started. There is no greater satisfaction in being able to help someone and to know that we really do make a difference to a lot of people. I don't let the detractoars get me down, becaue the job we do is one of the most important aspects of our society.
