So now we can assume what kind of person/officer someone is because of the attorney they have. It's clear you don't have a clue of how and why he has him as an attorney. Also, to say he was in flex is not a correct statement. DL is a district detective and no they are not the same. If you have any time on you should know when a private citizen takes out a warrant/epo it usually or sometimes comes down to who can lie the best. You have to think to yourself why did PIU not initiate any criminal charges? Because they did not find any cause. But that doesn't stop some knuckle head to continue the leagal process and take out a warrant. Is an officer not innocent until proven guilty? I have worked with him for seveal years in the old 4th and now the 2nd. DL may be eccentric and misunderstood some times but please wait until all of the facts come out before making judgement. The only facts known at this time are clearly one sided. DL deserves more that this and so does every other officer on the department.
