Hey neckbone he didn't have to call 911 because he got on his radio and called for EMS. You want to fault someone? Fault her dumba** friends who said they knew she was to drunk to drive but didn't stop her. Not to mention she was screwing around on her cellphone as she busted that illegal u-turn.
