This is what we waited so long for? |
RE: This is what we waited so long for?
I have to agree with the previous. I dont like the way some things are. I dont ride a beat anymore but when I did I couldnt stand to let anything go. I did it for me and the few people out there that gave a crap.
Have pride in wearing a badge. YOu all once enjoyed this job/ I do realize that was roughly 7 yrs ago but somewhere deep inside it is still there. If you dont like stats then just ride your beat and prevent crime. You dont have to lock anyone up. If some of you are that mad then I agree...go find another job. JTown is hiring. You can make more money and have it better than you do here.
Also...maybe 4 months from now things will be better...maybe not...I hope for the best for all of us. Stay safe...see you all at In Service!

White will still be with you IF you don't get out and WORK against him - and I mean WORK - talking to people, putting up signs, putting bumper stickers on your POVs, etc.
Unfortunately, going single on at two person run, IF you get hurt, is likely to be counted against you - DO NOT DO IT. You know which runs are critical, don't slack on those, but don't hurry to report runs, either. If they want to make a break-in report, TAKE YOUR TIME, let them stack. Otherwise, they can say, we dont' need people, we're handling runs in a timely manner.
