I think that is a dandy idea. Seriously lets ask to address the Metro Council and have them weigh in on the matter. Everyone seems to agree that it was taken improperly so the RIGHT thing to do is to return it as soon as possible. Just make sure they don't tax it a second time.

That could be one option.....why so harsh on the pres?
