White denied Atlanta police chief position

Truly SAD when Officers are retiring at 20 yrs, most use to stay 25 or 30 yrs cause they love the job. But i do have to say there is way too much dirty laundry aired out on this site. We are our own enemy and the public gets on here and reads these posts. You cant blame Chief White for attempting to move to another city, If any one of us were in his position WE would try to do the same. I do hope this Dept gets better, but just be lucky to have a job, this job didnt come looking for you, you came looking for it. So lets make the best of it, another Chief could be better or could be worse, but lets work with what we got now. And quit airing out dirty laundry.

I do believe he lives north of Shelbyville Road around rich people, about as far from the black community as you could possibly get.
