This is news to me. When did the dirtbags start caring that they or their friends get locked up? 8 hours in, and they are back out. Go to court, get probation. Right back at crime again. It does not matter that you lock them up. Get a clue. They laugh at us when we lock them up, and they are right.

What do you mean "how would he know if someone is retired"? They have to submit their papers 30 days in advance to HIM. Maybe that is a "clue" to why someone does not have any stats or very low stats. He does not know the officers or C.Os that work for him. Just listen to him when he greets someone it is always, Officer, Detective or sergeant. Never by their name.
