Please do not air dirty laundry. If you have a problem then go to you're Major or Lieutenant, that is if your sergeant is the problem. Be professional. (Lead by Example and others will notice) Maybe not right off the bat, but eventually. Stay your path, you are doing the right thing.

WELL SAID...

10-30 is done by Metrosafe and its a joke! They drop it for the wrong reasons....A 10-30 should only be for a KNOWN life threatening call from an Officer....

WAY TO MUCH CHILD PLAY on the radio....I figured it would slow a bit, since everyone's code number pops up....
