Will Atlanta hire Louisville's police chief Robert White?

He obviously takes pride in his department. He obviously understands what his troops say and need. He obviously knows what is necessary and what is polital BS. He obviously know how to communicate effectively with his troops. He obviously has been working with the LAPD his entire career and understands what it takes to handle issues in the city he has LIVED IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE . The mayor of Los Angeles obviously realizes how important it is to promote from within in order to facilitate smooth transitions and keep the morale at its highest.

Obviously our Mayor and leader do not fall into these categories.

That is what you call Leadership! If we had a leader like that it would definately motivate me! And make me proud to come to work, AS I USE TO!

WOW !!!!!! what a message to the rank and file in LAPD. This would never happen here under this administration as they don't remember what it was like to be on the street. Not only that but they are constatntly lieing to the troops about what is best for them and the dept.

On a differnt note, maybe the chief and his bowling buddies can move to a western state and participate in the games. I am sure that is what they have been working towards.

JUST 1 QUESTION.....WHO WANTS A MUSTACHE RIDE?

He was one of the original people on LAPD's CRASH anti-gang unit, made famous by the movie Colors. He's a real cop and not a politician's waterboy. His entire family is in law enforcement.

He has a hot looking daughter too.
