Actually, you are wrong... HE IS A CONVICTED FELON... so him having a weapon at all is a "Big Deal". He was also charged with having a meth lab, and when I called I found that case is still pending... It is just lucky for Ramage that the commonwealth cannot locate one of the co-defendants...
