You guys have too long accepted the silliness with being required to go to court when, in many cases, you simply aren't needed and they probably aren't going to listen to you anyway. If you go to court, make them work for it. Object to any deals, put it on record, even though you won't win, you WILL slow up the system. I particularly like the dayshift officers, come on guys, everyone on the platoon do something on a given day that will require you to be in court on the same day - I love it!

You must understand something here. I do agree with your view.

Me celebrating mediocrity? Not hardly. I feel you fail to take into account of everyone involved. And I feel when the conditions are right "everyone involved" will make the difference.

Perhaps we are viewing things from different angles? maybe, maybe not.
