You are correct, we the members of LMPD, are our own worst enemy... My father, who is obviously a fan of the police, said it this way... "Son, it seems like many of your co-workers are just whinin' and cryin; and not explainin'... Tell them to sit down and explain it like adults. It will makes sense when you break it down."

He is correct, our officers use this and other forums to b#tch and moan, but have a hard time articulating the reasons to non-police. They speak police, but they don't speak civilian very well.

NOW the answer to this is education. We have to sit down with each other and list the POINTS of the argument, not the anger behind it.
