Did you ever have a JCSO car stop? Or KSP? Or MVE? Or any other myriad of local agencies????

If you know so much, then you must be an officer... So bully good for you.

Now, my suggestion is that we go back to the old county system of officers paying for car to use by the mile you loive out of county. Say 10/20 per month per every 10 miles out of county. And the out of county use would be limited to too and from each day
