Hammer, screw driver, crescent wrench, hell even a pair of pliers can be deadly (or cause serious injury). I would bet a lot of these bleeding hearts would feel threatened by a hard stare, yet they don't think having a hammer is really a serious threat. So what if this guy had some "mental" problems. So do the hyped up druggies, but does that mean you have to take that into consideration if they attack you? Maybe the cops should have the creeps fill out a Medical History report before they decide what type of action they should take.
