first off the real problem is all the young, inexperienced cops with no veterans around. They should have NEVER had to SHOOT this guy. LEGALLY a hammer is NOT a registered weapon! Cops are not above the law. And for those who think criminals are going to give up their freedom without a fight, your crazy. If you **** your pants when someone gets aggressive with you, police work is not for you. I am very proud of my father and family members who served this community as detectives, swatt, etc.... but this is ridiculous. Every time someone resists arrest doesnt mean they deserve to be KILLED!
