I have just read the series of post and feel I have to comment. Yes, if any one names the juvenile suspect, then the court or the department can investigate the violation of the KRS for releasing info on the juvie in question, regardless of the juvie's parentage (that means parents for my guys)... However I am not sure if saying that it is THE MAYOR's child who was allegedly involved in the incident(s) would qualify as naming the child...
