RE: Police Change Taser Policy
This is a bunch of CRAP... pretty soon our police will be reduced to a bunch of toothless men who have only their bark and no bite when it comes to enforcing the law... and then their bark will probably have to be SOFT, KIND, GENTLE, and POLITICALLY CORRECT.
They forget that the man who died from the Taser had a long history of fighting the police... in general, an uncooperative ___hole!
What happened to the concept if you have a heart condition you should not be out doing crimes, acting like a freak, and butt naked in public.
I applaud the officers who did what they had to do... if they would have laid hands on him and caused him a heart attack would we now have a modified use of force policy again.
I support our police... and most of all I support allowing them to have ALL the tools that they need to do their job. TASERS, GUNS, BATONS... Whatever they need. And if they have to use them (within reason as they did with this case), then we should stay out of their business and let them do their job.
We need to elect a mayor this time that is at least open minded about the police. Abramson is not police friendly at all.
God bless all of Louisville's officers. I appreciate each and every one of you.
