Police Change Taser Policy |
RE: Police Change Taser Policy
No none of them have been labled heart attacks. It is a medical condition called Ball's Mania or more commonly reffered to as "Excited Delirium". It is a physical and mental state that occurs when the suspect is high on some controlled substance and has a load of adrenalin and endorphins. Remember the Police don't have the luxury to tel the suspect to calm down and please list any illegal drugs you migt have recently taken.
Suspects have died in custody simple from being restrained because of this also. The tasers aren't the problem. SHooting them in the chest is not the problem this is simply a knee jerk reaction to lawsuits brought on by ambulance chasers represeting the families of these douchebags that none of this would have happened to had they OBEYED THE LAW in the first place.
I agree with an earlier post. Screw it I am going to start using my gun. I am sure I will be able to articulate the threat because the decision to use one is very similar to the decision to use the other. We'll see how much they scream when taser usage and succesful arrest of suspects drop and the body count goes up.
