Well, unless you are saying that non LEO security guards are too stupid to look at a plate number, call 911 and give a description, then you surely must be saying that all 12-15 cars that were immediately in chase had to have been right there and ready to give chase. Im getting this just fine, but youre assuming that the cop was on top of him because he was there. The off duty cop stayed at the store with the criminals daughter that he abandoned. AsI stated there were 12-15 cars immediately on him, and that ONLY happened because marion has assaulted and escaped custody of the off duty cop. It was a vengeance thing, if it wasnt, then there would be chases every day for shoplifters that assault security guards, and escape.
