You don't have to say that you value a responder's life less than we value yours, it is apparent in your post. I'm not sure where you are getting your info as to the extent of the officer's injuries, but they were more critical than you realize or may have been reported at that time. You keep refering to a broken arm, this officer was shot. Apparently your only injury (save brain damage) is a broken record. The point you keep trying to make is based on incorrect information and further hampered by your nasty attitude. I'm sure the officer appreciates your wish for her speedy recovery, so she can get back to serving overly entitled individuals like you. One final point. Just because it may be a Police Officer's job to assist you, doesn't mean they should needlessly be hurt or killed in the process. Everthing that can be done to prevent that, should be and was done in this case. For someone who claims to be as intelligent as you are, You sir are showing remarkable ignorance. God Bless You.

Speaking of the necessity of knowing what you're talking about before opening your mouth...

I went to visit Andrea the night she was shot. I don't recall seeing a broken arm. Matter of fact, both her arms appeared fine. I do recall hearing about multiple gunshots to the thigh/leg area. Perhaps our illustrious medical professional who has taken umbrage at Andrea's treatment could describe the potential for death that a gunshot wound (or two) in the thigh could produce.

Last I checked, there was a rather important artery located down there....what's the name of it again? Oh yeah, the FEMORAL artery. If our wonderful assbag that's full of jealousy and hatred doesn't believe that's a potential life threatening injury, I would suggest that he try severing his own. Let us know how that works out for you, 'kay?

One last thing - Andrea got shot while trying to protect other people from harm. Not to lessen the pain anyone else feels when their loved ones get hurt, but there's a BIG difference between a person who is intentionally wounded while trying to protect someone, and a person who is involved in a traffic accident. If you don't "get it", oh well....I'm not going to bother explaining it to you. But, if you want the same treatment as Andrea got, then LMPD is hiring. Man up, instead of ******** about it. Get hired, complete the academy, get crapped on by our mayor (of whom I'm sure you're a big supporter), get treated like crap by the citizens that you put your life on the line to protect, and then when you get shot by a jacked up clown who's on drugs, you'll get escorted to the hospital too.

Until you're ready to put on a vest and gun to protect you from dirtbags who just wanna kill you because you are a cop, shut the hell up about stuff you don't understand. If you're that jealous, get hired. If you're too much of a sissy boy to get hired, then follow the advice given by Mr. Nicholson -

"I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest that you pick up a weapon and stand a post."

Have a safe day now...wouldn't want you to get hurt driving to the mall for your shopping trip now.

You're the type of person that doesn't like police closing the roads for one of thier own or not closing them for non-police that are hurt, and complain about who was protecting the city while the roads are closed for the injured officer, but you don't mind half the streets being shut down in the city and hundreds of cops, firemen, EMS personel and military police patrolling only downtown Louisville for an air and fireworks show, while someone is sitting at a closed intesection trying to get somewhere, but can't so the mayor can have his precious little fireworks. Or someone in need can't get the emergency response they need because we are all babysitting the mayors various little parties and we are stretched so thin runs are backing up. I say we all ignore any further post from you, you're just a child trying to get a reaction because mommy didn't pay enough attention to you when you were young. And please don't give me another lecture on "facts" and all your other worn out talking points.
