Firefighter?s Incentive Pay

I agree the firefighters got screwed, but they didn't do anything special or stick together...THEY HAD NO CHOICE. The Maor legally took the incentive pay from they. THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT EXCEPT IT! The state legislators fixed the problem.

We have a choice either turn your car in and not pay or keep the car and pay. I have no idea what the problem is with individual choice.
