I agree completely with the person who posted this. There should not be ONE officer below the rank of Major at the awards banquet. The Majors and above are all tight with Jerry or they would not be Majors to begin with; they serve as Majors at the Mayors pleasure. For everybody else, the FOP should throw a good party at the lodge the same night and time, and make it a point to let the brass know that they are neither invited or welcome. Let politicians party with politicians, and cops party with cops.

One other little thing to think about; do you REALLY want to contribute to the Fund for the Arts this year? That *IS* one of Jerrys pet projects. Let him fund it out what he is stealing from us, and what he is stealing from the citizens.
