Add that to the list to be submitted to the AG for investigation. That's a clear conflict of interest - why is he on all these boards? How much does he make to be on all these boards? And he's getting paid to be the mayor full time, spending time doing ANYHING but being the mayor should be prohibited, except in those cases where he is an ex officio member of an official board. And then, since we know he doesn't actually attend meetings, he should be required to appoint someone to fill that role.
