How about this - someone develop a website where all this information can be laid out to the public. This one is fine, but it needs to be one where the problems can be researched and documented, and put out for the public to see. (This one, unfortunately, tends to become just a b^^^tch session.) I'd chip in some money, but I'm clueless about how to actually do it.
