yes these are reported but in most cases nothing happens. This is how the system is broken. When you have dispatchers that are not attached to the police department things don't get the priority they need. Excuses always come up on why something happened with calls or information. No one up there had the information on what was going on. It was rainy and slick out there so driving was more of a hazzard than unsual. When they arrived they found no one there on the expressway because they helped the standed motorist and left. That is right, they were sent on a 10-30 run for a standed motorist being helped by EMS.
