you are correct that the more information we get the better we are, especially in a case like this. But that is part of their job. It is nothing more then them doing what they are trained to do. It is good that someof them actually get the information the officer needs and not just the basics. She did a good job but alot of them do just the basics with information. How many times have you asked for a warrant check, knowing the person has paper on them, and been told he was clear? Then later found the paper by yourself.
