Two men killed in separate incidents overnight |
RE: Two men killed in separate incidents overnight
Well, if he was arrested, it wasn't at the jail in Louisville....at least, not under the name "John Flood". Didn't bother checking the case number, as that name didn't pop up in the system. But, the case number given denotes a misdemeanor, as I'm sure everyone here knows. Curious to see what's really going on...maybe I'll check Courtnet later.

I'm confused as to what this has to do with anything?
and this sentence doesn't make sense "to one count of false swearing by members of the LMPD Public Integrity Unit". So were the PIU the ones false swearing or the ones locking somebody up? (somebody outside reading this might not understand) I know what you meant but the post is still all over the place.

RE: Two men killed in separate incidents overnight
As a victim of the illegal overzealous enforcement being done in Southwest Jefferson County I thought the group might enjoy this bit of info. A class action for all victims who have had their rights trampled and have been forced to pay bogus citations would be nice. Any attorneys out there willing to file it?
