Boy, you sure were quick to throw down that old classic "judge, jury and executioner" comment. Thats like the swiss army knife of responses. It's so usefull when your goal is to bash the POlice. Thas a capital Pee, capital Oh, little ell, eye, cee, ee.

And seeing as you brought it up, maybe if judges and juries were a little more proficent in doing their own jobs, situations like this might not occur so frequently. Just from what little I have read about the subject's past, it appears that Mr. Bass shouldn't have been out to roam the streets of our fair city in the first place. But I'm sure that advocacy groups such as the A.C.L.U. who's sole purpose is to portray the police or any government agency (other that those that hand out monthly checks for doing absolutely nothing) as ruthless oppressors, and who devote so much time, effort and valuable resources to ensure that fine citizens such as Mr. Bass stay out of jail accept absolutely no responsibility when tragedies such as this occur.

You are really not worth the time to reply to because you are a freaking moron!!! but just so you know if the tazer was designed to kill people then there would be hundreds of thousands of dead officers across the country, because the officers who carry them get tazed with them first!!!!!! You could not do our job for five minutes!!!! I probably would have died after being tazed too if I had smoked crack all day and been drunk as well but then again I would have got what I deserved at that point because it would have been my own fault.
