ACLU criticizes LMPD tazer use

I feel the department is the ones who need to fight this and bring up the facts on it. THEY need to defend the officers actions and the use of the TASER. THEY need to stay on top of this and not let the communist ACLU make blanket statements about the policy or how the ECW is used. To hell with the ACLU and the so called lawyers they have. When one of them become a victim and want the police to respond upon arrival we should ask them how we need to take care of the incident and which tools to use. If they are being assaulted we can walk up to the perp and nicely ask them to stop, then use some "hand to hand" that we are trained in. After that just walk up the chart one step at a time until one of the levels work.
