I don't see it as a gas surcharge, but a DOUBLE TAX ON POLICE

Drive your car out of county, If he is not going by the contract WHY SHOULD WE go by it or SOP? You are paying for that gas. What will they do, take your car for 30-60 days? Then you will not have to pay the $30.00. By the time they find out, you are ahead.
