Louisville police settle harassment claims by 2 officers

I wasnt saying it did. I was making a few points under one topic. i am not jealous of them using their cars. I just know that there are people who feel that they should have to pay more for their car than they do. I support the local police 100%. I feel that as in life a few rotten apples can spoil it for the rest.....
