Caller ? I live at 1111 such and such street and there are two men who

have another man on the ground kicking and hitting him.

Call Taker - ?Can you give me a description??

Caller ?Ma?am I don?t know, I just saw two men knock this old man

down and they are hitting him and kicking him and I think they are

trying to rob him?.

Call Taker ? ?Are they black, white, what are they wearing?

9:03 P.M. The caller runs to the front of the house and looks out

the window and runs back to the phone.

9:05 P.M. ? Caller ?Its too dark, I think one is wearing a red coat with a

hood and the other one is wearing all black.?

Call Taker ? ?What about the victim, what is he wearing??

DISPATCHER ? ?At 1111 such and such Street, two men beating up another man. I have

no description. The complainant was very uncooperative. (Thats the one that always gets me. Does the Calltaker expect the complainant to walk outside and get a close-up?

9:17 P.M. ? 1st Car arrives on scene. The assailants have driven off and victim as wandered off into the nite.

Car XXX Adam ? ?Radio, there is no one out here, did the complainant want to speak to the police??
