E-mail about ticketing binge wrong

It is my understanding our new FOP president does not think that starting to pay for our cars is an issue worth fighting. If that is true then don't bother hanging any pictures in your office because you wpn't be there long. How about a Republican council member finding out why this money is not coming into our police budget from the tickets as dictated by law.

Here's a job for the FOP - bring that one to the attention of the powers that be. Problem is, who enforces that?
