Well let me put it this way. They are not writing tickets in my neighborhood, despite years of requests to patrol the area.

If cars with loud mufflers are being ticketed, why are there so many cars with loud mufflers on the streets? When a muffler has the opening the size of grapefuit, it's pretty obvious it is not a original equipment muffler! I know what I see and hear everyday - the punks flout their loud cars.
