Placing The Blame

I can say this because I have already been offered a job at an out of state university upon my retirement ( yes in 4 years ). They might like something in me working for a 2 different agencies (experience) , military, training, years in service, hell I don't know but I do have a job when I retire. I don't count my chikens before they hatch.
