Please do... It makes perfect sense. Make the deadbeats pay for the services they routinly abuse. I get very tired of seeing my tax dollars wasted by people too lazy or scared to make a common sense decision. As an Officer I see lots of wrecks where people only call because of a case of insurance itis. They should be given sound medical advice fromt the EMT or Paremedic to go home and relax, take some advil, put some ice on it or if they feel bad have someone take them to the hospital, that our ambulances are not taxis to be used for their whims or if we do transport that you have to sign a waiver giving us half of the bleated insurance settlement you get.
