What if there are no daywork spots? What if someone who only has 10 years on can't get it because there are others with more time on? 4-10's? Big deal, that just means you're away from your family 5 nights in a row, not 6. It's A-HOLES LIKE YOU who keep this departmnt from ever progressing.
