You knew what (or least should have) what this is job is about when you signed up. If you want a "normal" 9-5pm job you need to quit and work somewere else. Other wise stop your bit *en and be glad you have a job and a free car and free gas and other benifits that most other people can only wish for.

then put in for daywork and if you are on midwatch you have the 4-10s. Dont tell me that is not incentive as it is on hell of a schedule. As for those who have pursued college, some went only to take up space, that dos not make them a better officer.

Man, college don't mean ******** to the officers you stand shoulder to shoulder with. Are you a better officer than me because of your college. I get sick and tired of these 1 and 2 year officers ******** about the job. Guess what?? I've survived 18 years on the job without college and still going strong!! As for being stuck on midwatch or latewatch, when you applied for this job, I'm sure your college-educated ******** said you'd do anything to have this job, so ******** it up and continue to do 10 times the work than others. Nobody should ******** about being overworked or understaffed while you're around hero. Oh yeah, I'm sure you've never slept on latewatch in your career. Oh, I forgot, you're a freakin' supercop!!!!
