There are other things that he should address also and he hasn't like incentive pay for college hours and degrees. If it is a requirement then it should be compensated, but alas it isn't.

We haven't had increases in court pay for a long long time also. I go to court all the time and it would be better to compensate officers that do work so we don't have to work off duty.

How come we never hear about what is going on with the contract and how it is going and what the city is doing? I think we should have more information about the thing that is most important to me in the lodge and that is:

WHAT IS THE FOP DOING ABBOUT MY PAY AND BENNEFITS???

I never hear anythng about it form the President. All I hear is there are meetings scheduled. How about an update there Prez??

How are you going to get the differential pay for those who are assigned to a unit that doesnt work later hours. As for midwatch, they have the 4-10 program to give them something to make up for the shift. NO ONE ELSE HAS IT>

once again, this post has gone downhill and off of the topic. The name calling and crying just show how divided we are. Don't complain about things that would benifit a brother or sister. Things like that hold us all down. We have a common enemy and it's not each other. Fight the Power!

There are a lot of things that people send to him that never get addressed and never get answered. My anser to that is I am gonna vote for somebody that will keep me informed and not with some bullsh!t newsletter that has old information. My kid could do better than that. How much are we paying for this crap that only he gets to decide on?
