Well that is how it works when Bill "Napoleon" Keelilng uses a so called "LABOR" attorney to deal with "TAX" issues. Maybe if we would use a REAL attorney for each specific issue then this problem would be resolved properly. I guess it doesn't bother "Napoleon" being he is still cashing the $1000 stipend that he ordered our Treasurer not to give him anymore.
