That was not the first time Bill made comments like that about the Chief. He has stated on numerous occasions, outside of the medias presence, that he liked the chief and couldn't understand "Why Dotson couldn't get along with him." And wasn't it Bill Keeling that tried to have this website shut down because he didn't want anyone to be able to bad mouth the administration?
